Choosing your replacement

Identify which board you need

A motor controller, display board and daughter board perform different tasks. The catalog includes these different assemblies. Use the service documentation to name the component before comparing numbers or photographs.

Keep revisions and setup details

Record the full reference and revision, not just a prominent number printed on the board. Connector layout alone cannot establish compatibility. Check model and serial limits and any stated programming or setup requirements.

A symptom is not a board diagnosis

A stopped belt, blank screen or error code can have several causes. Use the troubleshooting sequence for the specific machine before selecting a board. Electrical components may retain hazardous charge; electrical diagnosis belongs with a qualified technician.

Product selection questions

Is a display board the same as a complete console?

No. A display board can be only one component inside a console. Compare the stated assembly and included items; do not assume the housing, screen, keypad or wiring is supplied.

Can I choose a controller from a matching photograph?

No. Confirm its complete reference, revision, equipment application and any programming requirements. Similar layouts can conceal different specifications.

Will a new board fix a treadmill that will not start?

That symptom alone does not identify a failed board. Supply, wiring, sensors and mechanical load can require different repairs. Diagnose the cause first.
